At this point, I have no choice. Just replace everything! Or rebuild what I can at a minimum!
I knew there were some minor issues with the front end. The steering wheel had a slight vibration or shake while driving. And there was a noticeable popping sound while making a hard left turn, but I had no idea I would go this far into the front suspension and steering nor did I want too.
I figured the steering wheel shake was attributed to out of balance wheels but it turns out they might not have been. Once the steering knuckle was removed I checked the hub assembly for any wear or play and turns out there was a lot of play. So, that means that the wheel bearings are going to need to be replaced as well.
